About ICARE Community Development Corporation
ICARE Community Development Corporation is a community-based non-profit organization dedicated to serving the residents of Dekalb County, Georgia. Our mission is to address the critical issues of homelessness and food insecurity by providing comprehensive support to individuals and families experiencing crisis. We believe that every person deserves dignity, stability, and access to basic necessities, and we work tirelessly to make that belief a reality through our evidence-based programs and compassionate services.
Through emergency housing, transitional housing programs, food services, and comprehensive social support, ICARE empowers individuals and families to rebuild their lives and achieve long-term stability. Our Services
Emergency Housing
